Simon Touma is the Founder of Touma Law. Mr. Touma completed his Bachelors degree at Kent State University and thereafter earned his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Massachusetts School of Law at Dartmouth in 2013.

While in undergrad, Mr. Touma worked for the Adult Probation Department and was the Assistant Bailiff to the Honorable Judge Kathryn Michael at Akron Municipal Court. Mr. Touma’s passions for the law and legal representation continued into law school where he formed and became President of the Criminal Law Society.

After law school Mr. Touma worked in the oil and gas industry and product development. Mr. Touma developed, patented and negotiated a licensing deal for a golf product currently being sold all over the world. Mr. Touma focuses on complex business litigation matters and helping companies meet their objectives.

Before becoming the Founder of Touma Law, Mr. Touma started his career in private practice, and has practiced at two other Phoenix based law firms thereafter. Mr. Touma has a diverse background of legal experience ranging from tort litigation, insurance defense, wrongful death, probate cases and class action to business entity formation, contract and royalty negotiations, nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements, exclusivity agreements and product development and licensing.

Mr. Touma is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona.
